Appartement Volendam

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen, making breakfast time a breeze. Vivian and Danny, our hosts, were extremely helpful and provided us with fantastic communication and local advice. The friendliness of the locals was remarkable, always ready to assist us with directions, shopping, and dining. The location was ideal, with easy access to buses for day trips to Amsterdam and other nearby towns. We also enjoyed exploring the area on bikes. our stay at Apartment Volendam exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it for a wonderful family vacation.

For dads, it would be great to have a small motion-operated nightlight in the windowless room for added convenience.

The apartment in Volendam was absolutely stunning! The views from our room were breathtaking and it made our stay feel so magical.

Personally, I found the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms a bit uncomfortable. But hey, everyone has different preferences!

Convenient and stylish place near Keukenof Gardens, Amsterdam, and Edam. Excellent communication before arrival. Top-notch facilities, especially for families with kids. Beautiful location by the sea. Soft sheets and a great shower with soap and shampoo provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing apartment in Volendam. the apartment was modern, excellently decorated, and well equipped. It had the added bonus of two toilets and a huge shower room. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Volendam, making it convenient for my elderly father who has trouble walking long distances. We had everything we needed right on our doorstep, including bakeries, supermarkets, and even a market on Saturday mornings. the apartment truly made us feel at home, and we were so impressed that we wished we could have stayed for another week.

Honestly, there wasn't anything not to like about the apartment. 😊

I loved using the indoor pool, sauna, and gym at the hotel Spaander. The free bikes were great for exploring, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The view from the terrace was lovely too!

Oh, how I missed having a separate sitting area and a microwave. The struggle to find a place to sit and the need to reheat my leftovers in the oven was just too much to bear.

Lovely apartment, perfect for our needs. Very helpful owner with great local information. Good size for a family with kids. Convenient location for buses to Amsterdam and nearby towns.
